Do I need to be in shape to work with a trainer?
It's a common misconception that you have to be in shape before working with a trainer. I work with busy people who have either not worked out for a while, have never really worked out or work out occasionally.
How often should I train?
I'd normally recommend working with me 2-3 times a week for the first month at least, but it really depends on what works for you. By working with me more frequently we will be able to make better progress from session to session.
Can I train with my partner/friend/family member?
Yes! I offer small group training. It's a great way to train as it increases motivation & accountability, brings an element of fun to your training and is a cost effective way to experience personal training.
