Do I need to be in shape to work with a trainer?
It's a common misconception that you have to be in shape before working with a trainer. I work with busy people who have either not worked out for a while, have never really worked out or work out occasionally. Your first phase of training is all about building a body that moves better and that can take on more challenging workouts, without feeling sore between sessions.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes, in various forms. If your goals are body composition related, then I would recommend having some focus on nutrition coaching.
How often should I train?
I'd normally recommend working with me 2-3 times a week for the first 3 months at least, but it really depends on what works for you. By working with me more frequently we will be able to make better progress from session to session. If you feel ready & willing to work out alone, then we can work on creating a plan that works for you.
Can I train with my partner/friend/family member?
Yes! I offer small group training. It's a great way to train as it increases motivation & accountability, brings an element of fun to your training and is a cost effective way to experience personal training.
